Description
The Timesheet is an application that manages the worked hours of the employees related to the projects in that they are involved and the tasks that they have to solve. Through that, the project manager / employer can see the worked hours of a member of a team, the project duration and cumulate the time of any part implied in that project.
The main target of the project is to highlight an aggregate image of the involved resources: persons and time. One can look up to the terms of the project and see if the initial estimation was correct or not. All of this information are stored into a database and represents an achieved experience which will help to improve the next estimations regarding the time and the resources for the next projects, bringing them more close to reality.
The application is one of distributed type and the access at it is through a web interface. The customers have the possibility to access it from local area network or Internet.
